The Babe Ruth Birthplace presents the life and times of George Herman Babe Ruth, Baltimores native son who became Americas first sports celebrity and international icon. Long before the House that Ruth Built existed there was a House that Built Ruth. The historic house was built to look like it did on February 6, 1895 while the rest of the adjoining buildings feature exhibits about the Babes life.
